The facilities management department at this college was looking for part-time help with various light janitorial needs. Through supported employment, they hired two part-time employees with flexible schedules (hours and days) to help with classroom maintenance and grounds keeping.

Kaiser Permanente

This large health system organization needed regular assistance with its regional clerical and administrative tasks. Through supported employment they employ ten workers who perform sorting, mailing, collating, copying, and packaging tasks. They work from 2-6 hours a day, 3-5 days a week, depending on employer needs.

City of Gresham

The human resources office needed some temporary help with document management activities. Through supported employment, they hired a clerical assistant who helped with document shredding tasks. Their supported employee worked a flexible part-time schedule.

Nike Employee Store

This shoe and clothing manufacturer needed help in its discount employee store. Through supported employment, they hired a person for 12 hours a week to help with daily operations in customer services, inventory and monitoring dressing rooms.
